The snorkeling was amazing, with colorful fish and coral reefs to discover. The kids were thrilled to see their favorite characters from Finding Nemo swimming around in real life! The satellite TV in the room was a big hit, as they were able to relax and watch their favorite shows before bedtime.

My wife says that it would have been great if there were more family-friendly activities for kids within walking distance.

I chose Maehaad Guesthouse solely for its close proximity to Paradise Waterfall, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the laundry facilities and free on-site parking offered by Maehaad Guesthouse. It made my stay even more convenient. I also liked that Pantip Food Market and Thongsala Walking Street were within reach for some great shopping.

A kettle in the room would have been a really good addition. The area is a little quiet and without transport, there isn't much to do.
